ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

· Items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.

· The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.  (This does not apply to opened dietary supplements.)

· Items purchased under special promotions may not be eligible for return.

· Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless due to manufacturing defects or damage during shipment.

RETURN PROCESS

· To initiate the return process, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to allow enough time for your order to be returned within 90 days of receiving it. You can reach us via email at info@pitungan.com.

· Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You may be required to provide a photo of the item(s) to be returned.

· Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING

· Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

· Please ensure the returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

· We recommend tracking the return shipment and we cannot be held responsible for a lost or undelivered return.

PROCESSING FEE

A processing fee of $1 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.

REFUND

· Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

· If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

· Please note that the processing fee will reduce the refund.

· For opened dietary supplements, a refund minus shipping and processing fee may only be issued if you experience an adverse reaction.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.

EXCEPTIONS

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
