Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
When ordering, please choose the correct model, color, and other options. Modifications cannot be made online once the order is placed. The order will be processed within 3 business days before it is shipped. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
As soon as your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping company will provide tracking information. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
DELIVERY
Your package may take 10-14 days to arrive. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may cause delays. We cannot be responsible for these delays. Your order will be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier. Please provide delivery instructions if needed.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
We are not responsible if the delivery of your order violates local postal and customs regulations or for any additional customs or local postal fees.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
Store prices are shown in your local currency, but in US Dollars when you checkout. If your credit card or other payment method uses a different currency, the local currency amount will be calculated based on exchange rates dictated by your card or other payment method issuer. Furthermore, you may be subject to foreign transaction fees. We are not responsible for the exchange rate or fees your payment provider might use.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
